Product availability

We endeavour to maintain a high product availability, however, despite our best efforts, sometimes the product may not be in stock. In this case we will let you know.

Delivery

Our aim is to despatch orders within 21 days. If we cannot deliver the order within that time, we will inform you.

Damaged delivery

We aim to ensure orders arrive in excellent condition, however if they do not please let us know within 2 days of receipt. Then once the order is returned a full refund will be given.

Returns

If not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know within 2 days of receipt, again once the order is returned a full refund given.

Postage and packing

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £60, for orders under £60 there will be a delivery charge of £5.95.

These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address.

How to pay

We accept most types of credit/debit cards. For your safety we use PayPal for all payments, PayPal uses the highest level of encryption commercially available to ensure that all your details are completely secure. You do not require a paypal account to pay for your goods, but if you do have one you may use it.
